We understand that business needs change, so our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to make it easy for you to scale up, scale down, or cancel services with minimal hassle while ensuring fair treatment for every customer.

Why This Policy Exists

Our goal is to give you peace of mind when using SST Performance Cloud. Whether you’re using our platform, scaling operations, or simply adjusting your resources, we want you to have a clear understanding of how cancellations and refunds work so there are no surprises.

Cancellation Options

We make it simple for you to cancel services at any time, with options tailored for both pay-as-you-go and annual plans:

  • Pay-as-You-Go Services – Cancel any time directly through your account dashboard. Your services will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (hourly, daily, or monthly). There are no hidden fees or penalties for cancelling.
  • Annual or Reserved Plans – If you’re on a prepaid or annual commitment, you can cancel with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. Eligible cancellations will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused time remaining on your plan, minus any applicable administrative fees (up to 10%).
Refunds Made Simple

We process refunds quickly and fairly, so you can feel confident when adjusting your services. Here’s how it works:

  • Pro-Rated Refunds: If you cancel a prepaid plan with notice, you’ll be refunded for the unused portion of your plan. For example, if you cancel a 12-month plan after 4 months, you’ll receive a refund for the remaining 8 months (minus any discounts or admin fees).
  • Billing Errors: If you believe you were overcharged or billed incorrectly, report it within 30 days and we’ll review your case. Any confirmed discrepancies will be credited or refunded promptly.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that setup charges, third-party licensing fees, and prepaid support packages cannot be refunded once services have begun.
Data Protection & Retrieval

We respect your data and provide a 10-business-day window after service cancellation to allow you to back up or transfer your information. After this period, SST will securely delete your data in compliance with our privacy and security standards.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

We make the process quick and simple:
1. Log in to your SST Performance Cloud account.
2. Go to Billing → Support.
3. Submit a request detailing which services you want to cancel, including any resource IDs.
4. Our billing team will respond within 48 hours to confirm receipt, and you’ll receive a final confirmation within 5 business days.
5. Any approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method or as an account credit.
